how it works

When you hire me for your next event, I’ll bring the Made by Kate Hat Bar — a fully customizable, creative experience that matches your theme and lets each guest design their own unique hat. I can set up anywhere — your home, event space, hotel room, wherever the party’s happening. All I need is access to electricity. I’ll be there to help with any creative blocks, and the guest of honor gets a complimentary hat on me!

Small Event:

• $250 includes up to 10  hats with unlimited patches and a hat chain. Complimentary hat for the guest of honor (11 total hats). 1.5 hours.

Medium event:

• $450 includes up to 20 hats with unlimited patches and a hat chain. Complimentary hat for the guest of honor (21 total hats). 3 hours.

Large event:

• Have a larger event, or want hats created and delivered to you ready to go? Contact me using the form below.

Travel:

• First 50 miles (round trip from Colchester, VT) is a flat fee of $25. Anything over 50 miles round trip is an additional $2.00 per mile.
